Kinda hard to correct something when I have no idea what the issue may be, no communication with buyer but leave neutral feedback. I'm sorry but I ship asap if the postal service takes many day like it does how can that reflect on me. I left positive feedback for buyer sorry he can't do the same. Some folks are just unhappy with themselves and everyone else because they are miserable themselves. It is what it is and I am sorry you feel that way over a $10 item. Good Day

It took 3 weeks before they shipped item. But arrived in good condition.

I shipped item the next day it was purchased, I have no control over the post office and the snail mail slow service there. Please do not let this reflect on my 100% Positive Feedback I have had since 2004 and now 2 times in one year because of someone else's actions not mine I get something other than 100% feedback. 4300 eBay customers with 100% satisfaction accounts for something. Sometimes you can't do everything right and you still can't do it right for some folks. God Bless have a great day
