Parts are fine. Instructions were lacking.
The parts appear as good as factory original. They fit right in, as they were supposed to. Having the grease included was convenient. My only complaint was the directions, which failed to mention the proper tension on the worm gear. This gear gets pushed in place against a spring washer on the motor shaft. If you don't push it far enough, the door will run back and forth about a foot and then stop. There's no mention of this at all, and I had to figure it out and adjust that part, separate of the adjustment that is in the directions.

Know your size before ordering
Good value for cost. I bought them to repair a few damaged fishing pole tips I had.Problem is, most of these are too small, only good for skinny little fresh-water type fishing poles. Tons of sellers selling the same set, but no one offers a larger version. These should have rod size measurements listed on the box, but don't.

Saved my Tivo Lifetime Device!
My Tivo Premiere Series 4 with Lifetime Service died. Tivo does not allow you to transfer your service plan from one device to another, so restoring my original Premiere was the best option. Although the cost of athis hard drive in and of itself seems a bit high, it was a great deal considering the alternative-A new Tivo box with new All in service, which would have totaled some $800. Very easy to change on your own, and good instructions.
