Never Enuff Of....
This is a superb double live CD ! Warts and all. I love it but then Enuff can't do much wrong in my book ( it took me years to get used to the fact Derek was gone by the way; RIP ) . Lots of trials and tribulations in the band recently, not least of all Donnie's departure (again!) a few years back. The discs : Tory (guitar) plays a blinder as do all the band . The kick drum sounds a little slappy particularly in the early stages but this is a very minor gripe. As with all Enuff gigs it's joyous and full of heavy- metal- Beatles twists and turns. You can never tire of 'For Now' , 'New Thing' and 'Fly High..' et al. You also, can never really replace Vic Foxx, but Scott does a sterling metronome job behind the kit....Chip's keening melodic bass and sublime backing vocal harmonies... and my favourite moment of the whole set is during New Thing ; Tory plays the most brilliant, virtually note for note studio- version guitar solo - Donnie cracks into somewhat schoolboy laughter as he's trying to sing, as if you say ..... ' you nailed it ...'
If you're a massive Enuff 'Z Nuff fan as I am ; don't hesitate to buy if you've a deep pocket that is ! Brilliant stuff !

The one and only...
This Dutton disc is of considerable quality and comes highly recommended. Ida in her usual mesmeric form!. Just marvellous.
