I got this as a birthday present, and let me tell you, it's amazing (this was replaced with my old 5th generation iPod Video (classic) 30GB from 2006 [which STILL works great!])
Anyways, the things I love about this iPod is that:
- It's faster.
- You can use microphone apps (comes with headphones with a built-in mic.)
- The battery last a WHOLE LOT LONGER for you music-only lovers! (mine averaged 27 hours.)
- Touch screen response is accurate!
- Going online on this thing is amazing (no turning on the computer just to look up something that'll take 5 minutes.)
- YouTube/Veoh compatible.
The things I hate:
- No upgrades whatsoever (no camera, no FM radio, etc.)
Other than that, I have no problems with this iPod and I LOVE it!

Would make an excellent receiver if it wasn't for the flaws.
If it wasn't for the major flaws (I'll explain in a bit) that this receiver has, I would give this receiver such a high praise!
The things that I LOVE about this receiver is that I can rewind a reasonable amount of time on content I listen to. For example, if I listened to a track on Sirius/XM U that I loved so much, I can rewind and listen to the track again. Another thing that I love about this receiver is if you missed a good track, and got to hear at least 10 seconds of it, you can go through the settings so that if the track plays again in the future, it'll give out loud beeps to remind you that your favorite track is playing again.
Despite all the good things about this receiver, there have been some bad things about this receiver that has prevented me from giving it a good rating. After a while of leaving the receiver on, the receiver does heat up pretty badly! Once the receiver gets pretty hot, the screen starts to get darker. It gets so dark that it gets to the point where you can't even read the display anymore. I've learned to navigate through it eventually, but it's still frustrating that the receiver does that.
If it didn't get too warm and if the screen didn't go dark after some time using the receiver, I would have given this a 25 if I could! I still want to get a Sportster, but I'm thinking of getting the latest one just to see if they've fixed the problem.
