Communication was excellent and the correct book was received 24 hours later. Return of the incorrect item was straightforward. The books were great value for money and condition was as described. I would definitely recommend this seller despite the error - we’re all human & mistakes do happen sometimes and customer service was excellent. Thank you 🙏🏻

I then got the books but this time it was the older version of the collection I purchased and not the new Amazon prime version (updated cover). The older version of the summer I turned pretty collection is now much cheaper for obvious reasons. Both collections returned and refund from eBay given. Total lack of care and attention!! Please be cautious when purchasing from this seller
