I bought this ‘like new’ but the MicroSD card reader ended up not being functional. Won’t take a return or even communicate with me about the issue. As I bought it secondhand, the company does not honor warranty claims unless you are the original purchaser. Can’t do anything about it I guess.

I shipped item very fast. It was not listed as having any warranty or being factory sealed. I was not contacted until well past 30 days after delivery and eBay only gave me option to approve or decline the full refund and eat all costs. Item was priced according to eBay policy being acceptable to buyer. The feedback implies that item was received and tested and not used for over 30 days before I was notified of any issue. That’s not the case and unfortunate to receive.
