Iron Maiden : Brave New World Vinyl (2017) ***NEW***

Maiden For Vinyl
My favourite Iron Maiden on vinyl. That was an immediate purchase and it sounds great, from the opening chords of Wicker Man all the way through, this was made for vinyl. Presented in a gatefold sleeve these heavy LP’s give the impression of solidity and quality . Iron Maiden have gone back to vinyl in a big way and it’s great to see the band support this format with picture discs, standard editions, and pressing most of their back catalogue on LP. Definitely Maiden Heaven for all vinyl fans.

Billy Gibbons, Billy Gibbons & the BFG's - Perfectamundo [New Vinyl]

A different side ..,
This album is a little different to Billy Gibbons’ second album (The Big Bad Blues) because it features much more Latin influences. Whilst the open track is a little more traditional Gibbons style, later one’s are not necessarily so. Whatever the case it sounds like the whole band had a ball making this album and hopefully you’ll do the same when listening to it !

Great multi cooker
This impressive cooker can perform a lot of different types of cooking from steaming, to slow cooking, to making soup, to baking, to frying, along with many other cooking programs. It’s supplied with accessories to support the different cooking modes. Also included is a recipe book with some handy recipes. The display features all the information you’ll need from cooking program to temperature and cooking time. As well as all of the automatic programs there’s also multi-cook which allows more control of all the cooking parameters. When running it’s quiet and the display shows the program running and the time counter lets you know how long the program has got to run. If there are a couple of downsides it’s that firstly, there’s not so much control in the automatic programs. However , I guess the multi-cook program should be used if you want a heat setting feature (though you’ve got to know the temperature in degrees you want to use for slow cooking). The other minor drawback is that the lid isn’t transparent so you can’t visually check on the progress of the food. Overall though this is a great kitchen appliance that allows different styles of cooking and means you can often prepare food without say having to switch on a large oven for instance, which will help save energy. Convenient and fairly easy to use means you’ll enjoy using this cooker to prepare food.
