Item was fine but the box arrived with tonnes of pet hair literally popping out of it and a piece of dirty used kitchen roll. Buyer explained items are kept in a shed and packing comes from others and did apologise which I appreciate but I had to sanitise my office after . Hoover and change my clothes. Pretty grossed out

Very unfair feedback, the item was fine. Never had negative feedback for the packing material before
