    The seller was prompt in communication but the description had failed to mention important features of the item, namely, that it was weighted sterling with a concrete base; the photographs did not explicitly reveal the material of the base nor did the description indicate that there was any other material aside from silver. Upon dispute the seller became defensive and placed blame on me as the buyer, thus making it clear that customer satisfaction is not this seller's priority.

    What a load of rubbish, it was not weighted with concrete, the item was described accurately, i did not mention the weighted base as it was irrelevant as i had not put a weight on the item. I suggested that the buyer should ask for any other relevant details before buying, and i did apologise for not mentioning the base. Customer satisfaction is always my priority ask any of my reasonable customers.

    Slight problem with delivery, my son was out and no card was left. It was difficult to contact delivery company as the tracking number didn't seem to exist. However he managed to speak to someone who eventually found the parcel which was successfully delivered,as requested, today.

    Sorry for problems with delivery the tracking says they attempted to deliver and left a card, and it shows it on the tracking, which is parcelforce tracking, sorry once again for their failing

great film even though acting a bit poor but it is a fo
My daughter saw it years ago and wanted to see it again and this was the only place i could find it. the acting was not very good but actors are all unknowns so overall was quite good film,for the younger child
