Item arrived with mounting plate on card bent, and the fan doesn't spin freely at all. No way seller didn't know that his card had issues. Don't trust descriptions, and they charge $20 for fedex shipping, but then send it to you USPS which they only had to pay $6 for. Seller doesn't answer emails so no sense contacting them. Overall, very dishonest so don't waste your money. I was able to bend the mounting bracket back, but will have to spend $20 more now for a new fan to get it working right.

I apologize for the inconvenience. We never recieved any emails from you. However going foward we could give a partial refund. Or if you would like to set up a return through ebay we will send you a shipping label and fully refund you when we recieve the item.
