Paid Thurs, dispatched Monday. Not too bad but irritating that review states dispatched Thurs. The bulb itself was exactly as described, reasonable price. I wasn't happy with the packaging which was a box much larger than needed, filled with shredded cardboard which could have been recycled if it wasn't covered in plastic. Plus plastic tape on box. Please use paper tape. Not sure why a small padded envelope was regarded insufficient.

Great product I needed the bulb in a hurry and it was not dispatched for a couple of days. However the price was fair and the packaging good.I think if I had messaged to say I was in a hurry when I ordered there would have been no issue. I would use this seller again

Good price and fast dispatch, but item sent was only '180' lumens (not '240' lumens as described?) However after several messages with Customer Service they provided a 'refund'!

I have received an absolutely first class example of customer service; from the eBay seller - eOutlet Consumer Electronics. I ordered a AA Rechargeable Battery, and from the initial ordering, payment and! to the on due date delivery, I was given an immediate acknowledgement of my order, and regular updates on my order's onward progress. Definitely a good value for money, A top quality brand name, New condition - and well securely and safely packaged. Definitely a seller for my saved seller list.
