great communication- seller reached out to substitute one color that was out of stock. shipping was a week late not on part of the seller but the courier system, so no fault on them for that!! great quality of hair!! thank you very much!! ^-^

Seller waited until they bought the shipping label and was supposed to ship the product to let me know they did not have one of the items I wanted. When asked if my package would be on time they ignored me until the day before it would have arrived. I saw another complaint about this same behavior from someone else. Seems to be a pattern. Still waiting for my money back.
