No frills or gimmicks - just good reliability and great value
Bought this to replace a much more expensive Bosch model. Compared to that, this has more than twice th battery life, simple auto-cord feed (none of the problems associated with those gimmicky plastic blades used by Bosch and others). Astonishing value, well pleased with my purchase

USB sockets fail very quickly
Dodgy USB sockets!! My item has four USB sockets - which seemed really handy when I received it. However, after the overnight challenge of charging up my phone, the USB sockets stopped working - all of them! The four mains sockets are still working, but they are a bit too close together - I can only fit two standard mains plugs at the same time. So, expecting to get a mains adapter with a total of eight working sockets, I have ended up with only two. Disappointed.
