Sorry for the confusion although Clover does not allow us to sell hardware independently and thus why we state clearly on the listing within the Item description from the seller *Must include a NEW service contract and application approval through Commerce Technologies and other affiliates or partners.

Good honest company, i hoped to add a new user as in new company and all with no prior license, they checked before with me so i dont buy something i cant use and they cancelled for me!
