  Great quality items, but delivery slow and no communication until day of dispatch (approx 4 weeks after order). Very much worth the wait, but dont expect them quickly!

  Delivery took twice as long as stated with no communications at all from the seller until dispatched nearly a month after order, but these are custom made to order, so I suppose delays are possible. However I am happy to report these are well worth the wait, very nicely made and finished. Helped reduce 'slap' echo in my living room in a way that was immediately obvious. Recommended to all, if you are prepared to wait 👍👍🫡

  Very slow to respond to messages. Charged delivery despite listing clearly saying delivery included. Took opening a case to get the postage cost back, despite the seller confirming they'd do it since before Xmas. Nothing wrong with the acoustic panels. Workmanship is great. Sad the contact and postage charging is a mess.
