First Valve amp project.
The kit arrived in good time and was well packed. I changed the circuit and layout a bit with an option for semiconductor rectification, added a HT fuse and will replace the mains socket and speaker sockets for better quality items at some point. Spent a few evenings making it while I had time and found it all assembled very well. I built it in stages, got the heaters working first and then progressed checking my work as I went. My reward, no smoke and it works, no hum and a great sounding amp.
