The PCM was shipped and delivered in a decent time frame and in two boxes but I wish there was some bubble wrap in there because it’s a sensitive component, but no big deal It wasn’t damaged. The item was clean and looked like new and it was exactly as advertise. I installed it and started the vehicle and it idled a little funky at first, so I shut the vehicle off and back on and it started running great. As of right now there’s no check engine light on and it’s plug and play like advertised

I purchased the part but they were out of stock on the one I needed. I don’t fault them. I had to look everywhere to find the one specific for my Durango rt. They were quick to let me know and quickly refunded my money. Even though I didn’t get the part I really appreciate how quick they were to respond and correct it.
