  Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better first experience ordering with this seller all the items were well packed and came in great condition. The arrived as described in top quality. The value is extraordinary and beats out most uk sellers. The communication is great you have access to tracking and it’s great it keeps you up to date pretty consistently and I can’t fault the experience. These were movies I wanted so badly and to have them is amazing.

  Delighted with this 4K purchase: item was well packaged and in brand new shrink wrapping, appearance all as described. Discs play faultlessly in the UK on my Panasonic unit. Great value and postage cost from the US to the UK was reasonable and delivery time of one week was great. Won’t hesitate to use this seller again and recommend to other UK buyers.

  Received item quickly from seller. Item on new / excellent condition as described. I thought item was in US dollars but was in pounds, so it was twice as expensive as I thought. I reached out to seller before it was shipped and they didn’t respond. I tried to see if they could offer discount as I was charged $24 for an item others are selling for $12 to $17. Read the fine print. Caveat Emptor.

  The CD came well-packed & in great condition. While it was on its way I saw that it was in Blu-ray, and the seller & I communicated about it. When it turned out my machine couldn't play Blu-ray, they offered me a refund after I returned it, which I did & which I received. So the 5-star review is for their outstanding customer service.

  Wrong version of the item was sent, but the seller provided an immediate resolution, so all in all, I am happy with the outcome. The other two items ordered were perfect. I’ve been an All Your Music customer for many years and they always strive to resolve issues without letting them escalate into something else. I would definitely recommend them, of course only when the items ordered are the same ones as delivered.

  Dispatched quickly and the delivery was exceptionally fast. I'm in the UK and it arrived just 10 days after I ordered! As I bought 3 DVDs not only did I get a discount, they all arrived together very well packaged in a box. I'm ecstatic about recieving this DVD. It's actually not been released here yet! Fantastic price, brand new DVD, perfect condition. Honestly this seller is amazing. I will be returning for more DVDs in the future. Very highly recommend! Thank you for everything.
