  Outer package ie the box damaged in transit: holes in box and most af tape almost torn off, however seller had wrapped the xbox itself in more than enough bubble wrap to ensure safe journey. Xbox works well and quietly. Would buy from seller again

  Very trustworthy seller - initially and accidentally, wrong item sent before they very quickly realised, got in contact and resolved between us. Once the PS3 super slim was correctly shipped, arrived next working day after the weekend. Item felt loose in box, though, found it was very nicely wrapped in a full spool of bubble wrap inside - thank you. Item is in superb condition, bar dust which isn't issue, and runs like new. Thanks very much.
