  Was informed that items I ordered were not in stock and offered a refund.Communication from them was appreciated and I accepted a refund asking if they would have it in stock soon. Response was that this was unlikely. However, the item was still being advertised for sale so I contacted them again asking that they please check stock again as it was still showing on their page. No response. Such a shame as the initial Customer Service was good. After years of ordering item,have now gone elsewhere.

  Good quality. It’s just the seller should be proactively in touch when they found out the selected option was not in stock instead of having me to reach out after item being not shipped for few days.
