    No problem with the item or the seller. We've bought multiple times from them and will continue to do so. But the USPS managed to misroute the package, getting within 100 miles of us and then sending it on a scenic 800+ mile trip to 2 additional states (apparently their new norm) and delaying delivery to the point that we decided to make a 110+ mile round trip to our nearest Walmart to buy one as we had a customer waiting and couldn't wait longer to finish repairing their item.

    Great customer service and product quality. I was repairing a zipper on my rain gear and have zero experience doing this. Not sure what would work so I contacted Zipperstop and got a fast reply and pointed to what I needed. Had a few more questions and needs and was helped quickly. Items arrived right away, and my rain gear and I are now ready for the weather. Thanks for your help. Highly recommend!!!
