    No problem with the item or the seller. We've bought multiple times from them and will continue to do so. But the USPS managed to misroute the package, getting within 100 miles of us and then sending it on a scenic 800+ mile trip to 2 additional states (apparently their new norm) and delaying delivery to the point that we decided to make a 110+ mile round trip to our nearest Walmart to buy one as we had a customer waiting and couldn't wait longer to finish repairing their item.

    Awesome quality zipper! Took a minute to get here cause the post office lost it somewhere but they reshipped me another one no questions asked and I got it. Definitely worth the wait tho so im not complaining at all! Would definitely buy from them again if I needed another heavy duty zipper without any doubt.
