  It took about three weeks from confirming the purchase to arrival, so I was a bit worried. I received the product safely. The packaging and condition were both good. The color was whiter than I expected, so I think I chose the wrong color. Since it wasn’t cheap, I’ll try to keep using it somehow.

  Had to contact seller as they forgot to ship this item with my original order. They were very prompt and polite in getting back to me and assuring me that it would be shipped out ASAP. Replacements arrived (they upscale the size) very quickly and were packed securely. Would purchase from again.

  So tell me why… I left Korea without smelling the tester I was given, I only smelt it when I got back home and I know Tamburins is so hard to ship.. anywhere. I’m so happy with my purchase, the order actually arrived earlier than expected. This seller is very fast and efficient. (Thought it isn’t pictured.. because I opened it up so fast..the boxes were carefully bubble wrapped, so they had a very safe journey to Canada) I recommend them.
