The item was new as described, and the seller posted the same day as I ordered. The item was packaged well to protect, although one corner of the box was squished a little, however this isn’t an issue for me, as I’m not an in box collector. I highly recommend choosing this seller. I’m not having such a positive experience with four other nendoroid sellers I’ve used before this seller. My item is great quality.

They were packaged wonderfully and came with original packaging. Unfortunately one of them (Vincent) has a dent on his face. I don’t think this was the seller’s fault however, but the manufacturer, and the other one (Reno) is perfect. Would definitely buy more from here. Great price too and a deal.
