    received ok, but two things, i received 1.6mm instead of the 2.4mm. i actually prefer 1.6mm in 316L so i dont mind that mistake. the second more importantly one end of the packing came off somewhere, the hermes guy managed to deliver it as it was with one side open. fortunatley the tube was intact so the rods did not get out. I had messaged the seller before shipping to re-enforce the ends of the packing as this happens ( 5kg rods shift forcefully), but they did not listen it seems.

    Very pleased. Item as described. Shame delivery company were poor but that’s not the sellers fault! Item despatched 6/7 next day delivery but did not arrive until the 12th!

    Ok, piece of advice, always the tell sellers to reinforce the end caps of the packing with extra cardboard when buying welding rod packs. it is a unusual item for most of them, and they underestimate the force 5kg of rods impacts on/through standard packing. In my case 10-15% of the rods (flux) got damaged during shipping. I got a partial refund after messaging the seller with photos etc. now I have to use a bolt cutter and grinder to salvage those damaged rods as much as i can. the pain
