  AMAZING quality!! Even if the item got lost in postage for a month or two (not the seller's fault in the slightest, that's just how UK postage be) it was WELL worth the wait!! Very soft, very wearable, and looks AMAZING as described!! Packaging was very good, nothing was falling out of that, 10/10! Communication with the seller has been great, thank you again!!   Wonderful experience with this seller. The items were carefully packed with bubble wrap, ensuring they arrived safely after a long journey from Japan to Argentina. Despite the distance, the package arrived within the estimated timeframe, and everything was exactly as described. As a nice surprise, seller even included a free Disney blind bag as a gift. I would gladly buy from this seller again!

  Thrilled with my Wootteo ! genuine product. All as described, new and in original packaging. Well packaged, arrived early and had a wonderful surprise of a little Jimin Tiny Tan included, thank you so much !!! really appreciate it. Would recommend and use this seller again in the future. Had customs notification prior to delivery, but expected that and has no reflection on the seller.

  Seller communicated that the item would be shipped after the New Year holiday which was fine by me. It came relatively quickly. All plushies were individually wrapped in protective plastic (which is a brilliant idea) and the seller included a pokemon card. All items came in perfect condition. 10/10 would definitely buy from again!
