  Unfortunately, they forgot to put an OS on the laptop I received, but they responded immediately and were incredibly responsive. As of yet I have not made the exchange for a new computer but I have complete faith that it will be transacted without any problems. I have to say that this was the fastest delivery I have ever from ANY purchase I've made on EBay. I received the laptop like 39 hours after I placed the order. Crazy. The computer itself was in perfect esthetic condition.

  Delivery was WAY fast. This matters to me because I needed a replacement laptop to run my small business. Something went wrong when I tried to install a Linux operating system alongside Windows, and the seller was responsive and reasonable. Offered a refund for the device and sent a return shipping label. I would trust this dealer again.
