These people sold a unit that they advertised as not tested. As it turned out the unit does not work but I had no problem getting a refund from these good people. They are honest and very good people. THANKS!

Purchased this from this seller, installed it. It was defective. I contacted seller, bought another because they don't offer an exchange, now they tell me I have to go through dometic. The representative on the phone when I told them about it said "no problem send it back to us and we will refund your money". Not the case. Just letting you all know. Beware.
