  Item came damaged due to seller negligence by packaging with a very thin single layer paper calender, then proceeded to put in a usps paper mailer. Seller offered a partial refund and apologized, however I refused to pay to ship the damaged item back out and wait for a full refund. Item also had scratches all over the top of the bamboo box and a big crack halfway through the top, I'm sure due to typical mail handling. Seller acknowledged they needed to be more conscious of their packaging.

  Such a very nice shopping experience enhanced by correspondence between us. I always love chatting with a vendor. I love this furoshiki. The color! The shippo print! You cannot find good magenta like this. So very happy with the speed of handling and arrival. A wonderful seller.
