  Item was new as described and shipped very well packaged. As some other reviews have described there is the chance of an atypical shipping process. I messaged the seller after the item did not ship on the 10th business day and was told the item was lost and he had to order a new one. This was concerning because it's an item that is no longer in production and would not have gotten attention had I not messaged them. After a few days the tracking updated and eventually arrived as described.

  Product came exactly as described, brand new. The watch even still had the protective film on the band! The watch was shipped very carefully and from what I could tell all original documents and packaging were included. No scratches or blemishes could be found anywhere. Seller was also very communicative and the item arrived quickly. Price was very fair. Would recommend this seller!

When the package arrived it was wrapped with care and everything was received in the condition that was described in the listing.   An excellent experience! The vintage console arrived much earlier than expected and was exactly as described and pictured. The seller was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. The packaging was outstanding, showing great care for preserving the item’s collectible value. While I haven’t fully tested the console yet, it powers on, and I’m confident it will work perfectly.   This was the 2nd dealer that I tried. The 1st left me hanging for nearly 2 months. This dealer was a different experience. I am so very pleased with his dedication as well as fast response to all questions. I got the AR5700D in about 3 weeks. AND, even though you get all sorts of warnings about basically unknown additional cost for buying from Japan or China, I filled out the form for FEDEX and ended up with $0.00 additional cost. I’m super happy with the AR5700D and with this dealer.
