    Excellent pen and service. Confusing wording in the listing (which I didn’t notice when I placed the order). Seller reached out to me before shipping to confirm my item choice. I looked only at the listing title and not the full description, copied and pasted a reply. Upon arrival, I saw it was a SF nib instead of the SFM nib I wanted. Reached out to seller and they quickly responded with option of total refund/return or keep pen and refund the difference in price. I would use seller again.

    Arrived ahead of projected delivery date. The unit appears to be "new", as described. All of the cases and cords were included as in a new unit. The box had been opened and the original battery removed (it's just a standard AA battery) and meticulously resealed. The GPS was discontinued by Canon, after being out of stock in the US for a long time. Apprehensively, I purchased this one from Japan. I was not disappointed and overall, I am satisfied with the transaction.
