    Came in a timely manner. I was exactly what I ordered. Best value I have found so far. Came well packaged with 64 tea bags in each box. I lave drinking a cup of hat lavender tea before going to bed. Quality was great. Outer box was a little beat up - but that was the mailing process. The boxes inside were in perfect condition. In appearance, I could not ask for a better cup of lavender tea.

    Never arrived. In the ad it says it ships the next business day. One week later and it hasn't shipped yet. I got a general response on Zendesk saying I should really cancel my order and reorder b.c it could be faster b.c they have no idea what is going on in their warehouse. Horrible customer service, well no service. And no update on package. don't waste your time with them!
