    item arrived early and well packaged...but was missing the extention nozzle/tube ... ...i bought because the photo showed this tube at the side of the tin .... no big deal i can still use the item..... just thought i,d mention it ....its a handy extention to have.....thanks

    Any one can send out items and they get delivered. It’s when things start to go wrong, a company can show how good or bad they are. Anchor Tool Ltd are one of the best online companies I have ever dealt with. There was delivery problems and it was resolved very quickly and efficiently with great communication. Can’t recommend this company enough A+++++
