  Seller keeps calling me about the return, to email me a shipping label and then he called again to say he'll process the refund. Strange that he calls instead of responding through the ebay messaging?

  We try our best to provide a great customer service experience with every purchase. We contact our buyers via multiple communication methods to provide an easy, stress-free return process. The buyer was not aware his return request did not qualify for a free return shipping label, as stated in the listing. However, a return shipping label was provided at my expense. Every step of the return process was communicated with the buyer.
