  Very smooth transaction! Shipping was faster than expected (just over two weeks from China to the U.S.). Laptop battery for my Xiaomi Notebook 15.6 works as advertised and was about half the price versus what was on Amazon. Shipment also included tools to open up the laptop. Didn't need it as I already had the tools, but appreciate that it was included. Highly recommend this seller who was very responsive to my queries.

  SCAM. At my request they sent a pic of the specific battery I need that's actually in stock (not a generic pic), but the item recvd. did not match their picture. It was a fake with a label to mimic the real thing. I asked for a refund and then offered a replacement. I said I don't trust them and only wanted a refund. They asked me to leave positive feedback. I said NO. They said they'd give me a refund and requested I not leave feedback, but that's not how this works. FAKE ITEM. AVOID SELLER.

  You are a scammer who maliciously threatened us to refund you. The battery is the same as our description. Even though you bought the wrong battery and didn't want to return it, we still refunded you. However, you left us a negative review, which is really chilling.

  I made no malicious threats. Do you even know what that means? I demanded a refund, and rightfully so. Just look at the pictures I posted to your feedback. It's clear as day that is not the same battery. I wasn't going to waste any more of my time after already waiting 3 weeks for this garbage. Again - I did NOT buy the wrong battery. Look at the model # on both pics. You are just trying to gaslight people when they don't fall for your scam and I'm not having it. You earned your negative review.

  This hard to find battery was as as described and worked in my device. The shipping time from overseas was 2 weeks, arriving at the beginning of the delivery estimate.
