  The Gem Pack Volume 2 booster boxes I ordered were exactly as described. They took a while to ship to my end of the world, but that's to be expected considering it came from China. The seller was communicative and professional. The booster boxes were shipped in their own cardboard box and had air bags surrounding them for a snug fit. The booster boxes were sealed and in perfect condition. I would buy from this seller again, perhaps if they carry Gem Pack Volume 3 down the line!

  Came fast, box was a bit damaged from shipping but I don't collect the box so it wasn't a big deal, product was in perfect condition otherwise. High quality figure exactly as described. The figure itself was in an unopened blind bag so it's not used quality just has an opened box to check which figure is inside. Good price for a good figure and arrived incredibly fast compared to the estimated delivery time. Would purchase again for the other styles.

  So overall, I enjoyed it because the customer service was amazing. I got myself a refund. Everything was great. They help me out a lot. I never received my package, but their communication skill was amazing and everything worked out better. I got my refund.   I ordered in mid December, and received it just before Christmas - amazing speed, considering the seller is from China and I'm in the US. I got this item for my cousin, and she loved it! The box & the item came in excellent condition. I also feel I got this item at a great price! The seller also contacted me once the item shipped out to ensure I felt satisfied, and offered open communication regarding my package. Overall, 10/10 customer service, I would definitely recommend this seller!
