    Item arrived damaged, but the seller was very quick in replying to my emails and was happy for me to return the item for a full refund. As soon as they received my item the refund was issued straight away. Excellent customer service. Good price, bigger size than a usual file box, but sadly bad scratches on the back of the box.

    Slightly unusual feedback as the item I ordered, which was quickly dispatched, hasn't arrived well after the last estimated date for delivery. However, I have nothing but praise for the seller, who responded very quickly to my message reporting the non-delivery, and refunded my money without question. As the fault is with the courier (Royal Mail) and not the seller, I have no hesitation in recommending him and would certainly buy from him again.

    Amazing quality, lovely detail and well made. Fantastic seller, extremely well packaged arrived in excellent condition exactly as described and delivered quickly. Great communication, answered a question about postage very promptly, can’t fault this seller, would highly recommend and I will definitely be using again.

    Game was new and sealed and arrived in excellent condition thanks to careful packing by the seller. Great price and game arrived really quickly after purchase.     Unfortunately, my item was lost in transit. However, I would like to say how polite and courteous the seller was. A refund was organised within hours of my letting the seller know what had happened and I received a lovely message apologising for the inconvenience. It is a shame I didn't get my item, but I would highly recommend this seller to anyone. I would happily buy from them again.
