  Ordered a bottle of Yaffa Palestinian extra virgin olive oil but for some odd reason the delivery company delivered an empty box. I wrote a message to the seller, who sorted the issue out and sent out a replacement bottle. Thankyou for the solution and high standards of customer service!

  Superbly service-oriented seller. Orders have always come extremely quickly, except for one time when global weather and other conditions caused a delay conspicuously outside of their control, when they sent me a new order free of charge, fast, and then declined to charge me for it, even when the original order then came (so, great value). I buy lots of unpitted dates, so I can say that these dates are unusually free from containing spoiled (sour) dates (sadly common of supermarket dates).

  Very helpful customer service. First package went missing. Seller resent and no issue at all, new package of dates arrived via Royal Mail in less than two days. Very tasty product and came ready for Ramadan. Thank you.
