  As much as I hate paying for these, they are the only product that actually do the job. The service does soften the blow a bit though, they arrive incredibly fasst and you could not tell what's inside from the drab looking packaging. It's a plain envelope A4 inside a polythene envelope. Secure delivery too. Wished they lasted a bit longer but they are the best.

  The dilator is medical grade and the design makes it easy to use. My only gripe? The listing stated "free 3 day postage" but at checkout £5.99 was added for the postage. It arrived in a huge cardboard envelope bigger than A4. which dwarfed the contents. Most ads for items in this category also stated free 3 day postage but all charged at checkout. I can't remember the last time I had to pay for postage! The packaging could have been much smaller. It did arrive tracked and needing a signature

  Item was of the quality hoped for. Initially the wrong version was sent but seller promptly supplied the correct item and paid for the postage for the returned wrong item. So very happy with the service.

  Although initially receiving a wrong item, after contacting the seller the error was very quickly rectified, the correct item was posted the same day, Excellent response along with excellent customer service, I am very happy to recommend this seller, excellent service from start to finish many thanks for the excellent service
