The seller sent the wrong pens, I contacted them and told them, they asked me to return them, but wouldn’t provide packaging or posting and are now not corresponding! Absolute shambles, obviously have no interest in retaining customers, just money grabbers thinking they can fob you off with lesser products! WARNING TO ALL DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

They sent me something completely different from what I needed, I ordered a green hi-vis with sleeves, they sent me a red one without sleeves. They didn't answer my letter. I don't recommend dealing with this seller, unreliable and irresponsible.

A very nice set off new pens all colours as expected. The image showed them in a box and they are a gift, but they arrived in a padded envelope which is a bit disappointing.

Total nightmare.
Ordered early Dec. Delivered day 5; wrong item. Notified seller. Reply day 7, return & they would send replacement. Said that I wanted item, not refund. Day 12, told to re-order as had been refunded. Re-ordered within 20 mins of previous message. Day 30 tracking said 'sender despatching item'. Day 44 asked for update, as nothing on tracking. No reply. Day 51 escalated to 'not received' with ebay. Reply to be delivered 'tomorrow'. Tracking showed posted day 51. Rec'd day 52.
