  Package got lost somewhere in the shipping process so after waiting almost a month I requested a refund. The seller did not hesitate and refunding my money in full. I would definitely do business with this seller again. Still are very helpful and excellent Communications and easy to deal with.

  I mistakenly bought bolt with wrong thread. My fault - I didn't read all the description! Vendor was excellent. I purchased the correct one through his store. Will sell the incorrect one at my next swap meet - not fair returning since I was in error. Good service. Good price. Fast delivery. Will buy from him again if the need arises.

  Received my original order in the mail today. It had been lost, thanks to USPS. These folks stepped up and mailed me a replacement yesterday, I let them know I had received a message from tracking that it was out for delivery today, and it arrived safely. It's good to deal with honest folks online. Too much of "the other" stuff happens far too often. Thanks guys! P.S. I'm marking "Shipping Time" with a 5 star rating, because it wasn't the sellers fault was misplaced due to bad logistics.
