  This seller made things better than right. While there was a problem with his ad, a message from me directly to him trying to resolve the situation would have been much more appropriate on my part. This seller went above and beyond and I would buy from him again and would now know that he is honest and forthright. My mistake and I am sorry. You are an excellent seller!

  Item title was mis-typed, this was an honest mistake on our part, not intentional by any means. Buyer made no attempt to contact me about the issue prior to leaving feedback. Item pictures show 10-ft printed on the box. A 100-ft chain would have been a large 80-lb box. This could have been very easily resolved by just sending me a message. Would still gladly try and resolve the issue if buyer contacts me.
