  Where to start. The item was shipped within 12 hours of ordering it. It was packed exceptionally well. The item is in pristine condition with zero issues. I cannot recommend the seller enough! Do not hesitate to purchase from this seller. The seller was very quick to answer my questions.

  First things first great person to work with and nothing they could have done would change my thoughts on their business. This is why even though my item hasn’t been delivered yet due to weather delays, when I notified the seller that the item hadn’t arrived yet and without me asking for a refund they refunded me anyways. I would definitely do business with them in the future. Great customer service and all positive feedback.

  Super fast delivery,great packaging what I was shown was not what I received,I was shown the Blu-ray and the slipcover and I messaged seller before I purchased the item asking if it comes with the slipcover they stated yes it does,yet when I received tje package no slipcover,I messages can u send me tje slipcover they said ask for refund sorry we don’t have it,why didn’t you tell me this before I purchased tje item because that was tje sole reason I bought this Blu-ray.
