    I asked to return the bag. I thought it was the wrong one at first but that was my mistake. The seller was very rude and practically accused me of lying and threatening to contact eBay I still want to return it but he says I have to pay shipping. At first he was giving a free shipping label and now he is not. I have never had such an experience with a seller. Rude! Rude!

    The buyer stated that she did not receive the correct item and if it was the correct item she still would return it because of the size. I buyer conveniently to a pic of the front of the purse showing the one zipper. I ask her to take a pic of the entire purse as I know there were two zippers on it per the pics in the listing. I also took pics of measurements as well. She did come back to say there were two zippers when I said I would get eBay involved. Now she wants free return. Rude!
