    Arrived on time, well-packaged and not entirely as described. Postmarked 1923, before the Exhibition, rather than between the 1924 and 1925 celebrations. The "1924" part of the cancellation appeared to be advance notice of the 1924 Exhibition. Seller very communicative and helpful in arranging the item's return and refund.
