    Shipping was as promised. GREAT Communication. Didn't have the case I originally wanted. They immediately reached out to me and gave me a better one! Computer is fast, clean, new, gorgeous and was as promised. Have had some issues w/ the sound card. Sent them a few emails regarding the sound issue and the communication time and offers to make everything right has been very impressive. HIGHLY recommend!

    Ordered it 2/5/25 as far I can see the label for shipping was printed and that is as far as it got, package was never giving to UPS and never shipped Contacted Seller 2/17/25, they said that they would check with UPS and get back to me, 2/21/25 had to contact seller again, never got at replay from 2/17/25, Same excuss, 2/28/25 Had to contact seller again, Same excuse, 3/1/25 filled for refund which I did get. most disappointing.
