  This is my second attempt to have a chicken pen delivered. This is a different seller with FedEx. They keep breaking the package making it undeliverable. I contact the seller and ask for a refund which they did immediately.

  Great seller but horrible shipping service they use. Box stayed at fedex local building for a week before delivery, then when they left it on my porch box was destroyed. Couple of pipes were missing. Couple screws missing. Had to go to the local hardware store to pick up what I needed.

  Seller was good. Fed EX is a problem. The seller shipped fast and product was descibed correctly. Fed Ex damaged the headlights in shipping, Seller is trying to make it right. Fed Ex should compensate the seller. Damage was minor and I was able to fix most of the problems, but someone with less experience might have had to return the product.
