Was shipped out a bit late but seller, very nice, explained it was due to snowy conditions. It was very nicely packaged and was a great value! Assuming the seller wasn't aware, I sent pictures and asked if she would be open to taking something off the price, since I will need to glue them. She responded IMMEDIATELY and didn't just reduce the price -- instead, she gave me a full refund!! This was totally unexpected and very appreciated! Thank you, Sue!!
