WinCrest Bulk Foods is a family owned business located in the heart of rural central NY. We sell the best quality, bulk foods at the most affordable prices! We strive for the great customer service with all of our customers.
Our products come sealed in reclosable bags or containers to ensure the highest degree of sanitation and safety. Most items include a nutritional label, however if you don't receive one and are interested please contact us immediately for that information.
Our facility is fully insured and routinely inspected by the NY State Health Department.
We ship daily, Monday through Friday with very few exception so most orders placed before 3:00 will ship the same day.

The shipping time was very poor because the item did not get shipped until after it was already due. The sellers response time was not much better than the shipping time. Three separate messages to the seller before they responded to any of mine. Then of course they took absolutely zero responsibility for anything, and of course, did not offer me anything for the troubles. And some of my chocolate has spilled out in the box.

I noticed that 2 Days Later everyone on the internet had raised their price for this product. I can only assume that they did not want to sell it at that time for the agreed on price so they just didn't ship it to me. I contacted them about it not being shipped and they never would communicate back with me. I was a repeat customer of this company but I won't deal with them anymore.
