  A sad story here. The item did not ship. The reason was unknown. CSR was responsive and sent a prompt refund. Very sad to me. I am a repeat buyer. Really good knives . A sure fire value.   Shipping is okay in a padded envelope and packing with bubble wrap. No inner box though and the knife is new as described and they are a great value!!
