    Shipping was prompt and well packaged. Unfortunately the speaker terminals were damaged. I contacted seller and explained the situation and asked how we can resolve this. I told him I still would like to keep it. He quickly gave me a very fair refund. I have had a very positive experience. Two thumbs up!

    I am very pleased with this purchase. The seller accepted an offer below his asking price and shipped the item immediately. It was very carefully packed with about 20 feet of bubble wrap and arrived in good condition, it actually looks like it’s brand new. And it works fine. It was as described and a good value.

    Shipping was fast for an item of this size. It was extremely well packed. The seller disclosed all defects ahead of time and priced accordingly. Overall, as described and excellent value.

    Unfortunately the vhs was damaged in transit (not due to the sellers packaging) but the seller was very responsive and immediately refunded the item. A+ seller !

    While the item broke during shipping, The seller was quick to respond and accept a full refund. I cannot fully blame the seller on the item getting damaged during shipping. It wasn't the shippers fault. After talking around, I learned theres a LOT of special steps you need to do to ship these things. Wood bracing the contacts, double boxing at minimum, triple boxing ideally. Neither of us were experienced with this. Is what it is.
